Zunheboto, November 23 (MExN): The Chief Medical Officer Office’s monitoring team, Zunheboto, visited Ghathashi PHC on November 21 and interacted with the health unit staff.
During the visit, employees learned about the functionality, activities, management unit, best practices and limitations.
The district monitoring team oversees the health service in the health unit, staff status, equipment, and reporting status of the health units. A short awareness program was also carried out with the NVBDCP team highlighting the goal of fighting malaria by 2022, proper use of the mosquito net, etc. Free IEC materials were distributed after the program.
The team was led by Dr. K. Akaho Sema, CMO, Dr. Nukshisangla, DPO (RCH & UIP), Hekuto, AMI, NVBDCP, Hekato Chishi, DSM, Hokishe, DPO-DAPCU and other officials headed by NVBDCP, RNTCP and NHM.
