Southern Rly brings mosquito nets from TN to Odisha

Coimbatore, October 26 (PTI): As part of an upgrade to commercial activities, the Salem division of the Southern Railway transported mosquito nets from Karur in Tamil Nadu to Mancheswar in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on Monday. The nets, which were loaded onto 42 wagons, cost 47.8 lakh, according to a press release from the railways. The railways are overcoming all the adversities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, transporting raw materials and finished products that help traders, business people and farmers, and thus the economy.
