Aptive Environmental, based in Provo, Utah, received three awards in its home state this summer:
The five-year-old company also announced that it would have a record-breaking summer in sales.

This summer, Aptive launched its #AptiveStrong program. The initiative challenged its more than 3,700 team members, from ice-cold river seats to 100 miles in 24 hours and more. It instilled trust in employees, which led to loyalty and motivation: In October, Aptive reported a year of 17 percent. Increase in sales per representative compared to the previous year.
